1976 1977 1978 1979 1980 Volare Aspen Dash Under Column Knee Bolster Trim Panel. Blue in color, needs a good cleaning or repaint it your color. Comes with the fuse box access cover as shown in the photo. Part no. reads 3590753 and the part no. on the fuse box cover reads 3590791. It is old and used. Also someone has cut and inserted a black toggle switch into it for fog lights that were mounted on the cars front bumper. Thanks for Looking.
