Rhino Fabrication Part Number: RF500USA made Fan Shroud for your 1966-1967 Ford Fairlane, Ranchero, Mercury Comet with the big block FE engine (390-427). This fan shroud was also used in late 1967 Ford Galaxie FE cars. These fan shrouds are vacuum formed, then CNC trimmed to the specifications listed below. Our fan shrouds are formed from a 0.187″ thick, smooth matte black ABS plastic. This is a very nice stable shroud for the big block vehicles. Compare these to others and you will see the difference. The material we use to produce these shrouds is chosen to replicate the Matte finish used in the engine compartments of your early Ford or Mercury. The shroud is smooth inside and out, (no texture).
We do not drill the four mounting holes for this shroud. If you don\'t feel that you can handle drilling four mounting holes please do not order this shroud. PLEASE REVIEW THE MEASUREMENTS IN OUR LISTING PHOTO BEFORE YOU ORDER! PAY PARTICULAR ATTENTION TO THE RADIATOR WIDTH. This is for the 24\"radiator only. This shroud does not fit early 67 Galaxie.
