INSPECT YOUR SHIPMENT :
Since this item is shipped LTL FREIGHT , its very important that you inspect your the item before signing off Bill of Lading . You need to open the box even if there appears no damage to the box from outside.
Unwrap the bubble and inspect the hood before you sign off the package. If there is damage you need to write \" FREIGHT RECEIVED DAMAGED \" on the Bill of Lading .
Please take pictures of the damage and inform us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged hood . You will need to send us pictures of the damage hood so that claim can be filed with the carrier .
If you sign off the bill of Lading without inspecting your package or notating FREIGHT RECEIVED DAMAGED then we cannot help you with the claim as your clear signatures absolve the freight carrier of any and all responsibility of the damaged hood received .
