What is a re-buildable core? A re-buildable core is a part shipped with all it\'s broken pieces. This includes all glass carriers, springs, spool wheels, spool housing etc. If you have any questions about which parts must be sent to receive your core refund, please contact the seller. We will be happy to assist you with this process.

Returns:

We only warranty cost of parts. Any installation or other fees will be non-refundable.

If a part arrives damaged, or is defective, it is our responsibility to take care of it but it must be reported to us immediately. We will respond immediately to your concerns.
